1. General Terms and Conditions

1.1. Use of the materials of the Lubrifilm website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") is governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials of the Website, the User is deemed to have acceded to this Agreement.

1.3. The Website Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes shall come into force 3 (Three) days after the new version of the Agreement is posted on the Website. If the User does not agree with the changes made, he/she is obliged to refuse access to the Website and stop using the materials and services of the Website.

1.4. Use of the materials of the Website without the consent of the copyright holders is prohibited (Article 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

1.5. When citing materials from the Website, including protected copyright works, graphic images, a link to the Website is required (subparagraph 1 of paragraph 1 of Article 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

2. Accordance of information by the Client:

2.1. When sending messages through forms on the Lubrifilm website, the Client provides the following information: Name, email address and telephone number.

2.2. By providing their personal data, the Client agrees to their processing by Mitra LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), for the purpose of the Seller and/or its partners fulfilling their obligations to the Client, selling goods and providing services, providing reference information, as well as for the purpose of promoting goods, works and services. When processing the Client's personal data, the Seller is guided by the Federal Law "On Personal Data", the Federal Law "On Advertising" and local regulatory documents.

2.2.1. If the Client wishes to clarify his personal data, block or destroy it if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, or if the Client wishes to revoke his consent to the processing of personal data or eliminate illegal actions of Mitra LLC in relation to his personal data, he must send an official request to the Seller in the manner prescribed by the Mitra LLC Policy regarding the processing of personal data.

2.3. Use of information provided by the Client and received by the Seller.

2.3.1 The Seller uses the data provided by the Client for the following purposes:

- processing the Client's Orders and fulfilling its obligations to the Client;
- carrying out activities to promote goods and services;
- analyzing the purchasing characteristics of the Client and providing personal recommendations;

2.3.2 We use cookies on this website. By using the website, the User consents to the processing of his personal data using web analytics services. If the User does not want his data to be processed, he must leave the website.

3. Accordance and transfer of information received by the Seller:

3.1. The Seller undertakes not to transfer the information received from the Client to third parties. The accordance of information by the Seller to agents and third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the Seller for the fulfillment of obligations to the Client and only within the framework of agreements shall not be considered a violation. The transfer by the Seller to third parties of data about the Client in an anonymous form for the purpose of evaluating and analyzing the operation of the Site, analyzing the purchasing characteristics of the Client and providing personal recommendations shall not be considered a violation of this clause.

3.2. The transfer of information in accordance with the reasonable and applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation shall not be considered a violation of obligations.

3.3. When processing personal data, the Seller takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to them, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data.

The User confirms that he/she has read all the clauses of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
