Lubrifilm METAL

In 1979, the Swiss company Actex SA began serial production of metal-plating powder preparations of the Lubrifilm METAL brand, based on the practical implementation of the wear-free effect.

After 13 years, in 1992, Lubrifilm METAL - one of the first auto chemistry preparations of this class - was officially certified by NAMI (Scientific Automotive Engine Institute, Moscow) and approved by AvtoVAZ.

Lubrifilm METAL is an outstanding technological discovery developed in Switzerland. The Swiss remetallizer was created from an ultra-pure copper and silver alloy in a vacuum. Then this alloy was introduced into a crystalline lead matrix and crushed into ultra-small particles (less than a micron, which allows them to freely pass through the oil filter) while maintaining the purity of the alloy and proportions. The resulting particles were protected by a special shell and diluted in an oil base, allowing Lubrifilm-metal to be mixed with any type of oil. A special additive - an anti-sediment - makes Lubrifilm particles very stable and does not allow them to settle in the oil or in the packaging.
